A suitable planet is found after much searching and a collection of Earth's finest are relocated. They are to continue the research and preparations for the arrival of the rest of mankind. But not all humans believe that relocation is the best idea. After Gee Goshle befriends a young male native of the new planet and begins to fall in love with him, she is kidnapped and forced to return to our solar system.
